Summary

Tyler Davis and Sylvester B. Jamison, who left MD with the departing Rebel army during the September invasion, were arrested near Dam No. 4. John Riordan surrendered himself voluntarily, professing to be "heartily sick and tired of the Rebellion". All three were sent to the old Capitol Prison via Monocacy Junction. [from Examiner]
