The Victorious Battle of Antietam: Official Report of Gen. McClellan

Summary

McClellan's official report to Halleck on the approximate number of Federal and Rebel casualties and material losses between the battles at South Mtn. and Antietam. Estimates Rebel losses at 30,000 and numerous cannon and other artillery and colors. No Union colors or guns lost.
