List of enrollment officers for each of the districts in Frederick County. "The enrolling officers are required to register in a book, in alphabetical order, the name, age, occupation and residence of every male citizen between the ages of 18 and 45 years, and if any be absent, to note the causes thereof, and whether they have volunteered or are in the service of the United States."
