Summary
A group of "armed guerillas," 150 strong, have been discovered east and south of Frederick moving towards the Potomac River, presumably to join the Rebels and avoid the draft. A company of Federal cavalry has been sent from Baltimore in pursuit. [from Frederick Examiner]
