$100 Bounty!
Summary
Notice: County Commissioners of Frederick have ordered a $100 bounty, in addition to other bounties and inducements offered by the U.S. Government, be given to those who volunteer in the county. The "Citizen's Committee on Recruiting for Frederick County" - L.J. Brengle, Charles E. Trail, and James M. Coale - "will provide comfortable quarters for Volunteers recruited in this County."
