Summary
Efforts by "skulking patriots" to avoid enrolling in the draft will be curtailed by new orders from the Provost Marshal General. The new order requires printed lists of enrolled persons to be posted in each district in order to secure an accurate register and deter eligible persons from avoiding their duty.
