Office Provost Marshal

Summary

The new Provost Marshal of Frederick County, Robert Maxwell, gives notice that the previously enacted prohibitions on selling liquor to soldiers, “fast riding through the streets” of Frederick, and the requirement of passes for off-duty soldiers in the city will be “strictly enforced.”
