The Frederick Hospital

Summary

Report from Philadelphia Press commenting on the U.S. General Hospital in Frederick, calling it "probably the largest and best hospital in the United States." It holds 700 (including attendants) and buildings are planned to hold 200 more. The hospital is directed by Dr. R.F. Weir, who is assisted by Dr. Goldsborough and several other surgeons.
