Summary

The Confederate army moves into Maryland and Pennsylvania; it has already taken over Hagerstown and Williamsport, and went through Chambersburg (little harm was done to the town, but many supplies were taken and paid for with Confederate money and a few horse and a good many African-American people were taken captive)
