Transcript
CITY HOTEL – The traveling public will notice with satisfaction the advertisement of John Need, Esq., in another column, announcing that he has reopened the old established City Hotel in this city. The exigencies of the public service, after the Battle of Antietam, required that this well known hotel should be taken and used as a hospital; but it is again surrendered to Mr. Need, and having been thoroughly purified and ventilated is once more open to the public.
