Urbana District, No. 7.
The friends of the National Union party in Urbana District are requested to meet at the PRIMARY SCHOOL HOUSE in Urbana at 8 o’clock p. m. on Saturday, the 7th day of April 1860, for the purpose of appointing five or more Delegates to the County Convention, to assemble at the Court House in Frederick on the 14th inst. Let every American and every conservative opposed to Democratic corruption and misrule rally to the rescue of the Union and the Constitution.
