Constitutional Election

Summary

Results for Frederick County districts in the Constitutional election are listed with the majority of the people in all districts except five voting in favor of adoption of the new constitution. Buckeystown, Woodsboro, Liberty, Urbana and Johnsville showed a majority of the people voting against the new constitution. "Maryland hence forth ranks a free state."
