Summary
Report of an Unconditional Union meeting in Elkton, Cecil County at which Hon. H. Winter Davis, Gen. H. H. Goldsborough and Col. J. A. J. Creswell made speeches. Patriotic resolutions were adopted and it was declared that Goldsborough would have a majority of 1,000.
