Summary

Wenner who had warehouses in Berlin (Brunswick) was granted permission to resume business and was given his property back after having it seized by the government for supposed illicit commerce with rebels. The lawsuits were withdrawn by the Secretary of the Treasury. His warehouses had been closed and their contents seized several months ago.
