Summary

Official report of the soldiers in the U.S.A. General Hospital (the Barracks) in Frederick City for the week ending Sept. 18, 1863. There were 560 men in the hospital. 43 were returned to duty, several were furloughed, discharged or deserted. 1 died. He was John Glass, Co. G, First Potomac Home Brigade.
