Summary

Letter to the editor from a citizen from Buckeystown election district questioning the fairness of Frederick City sending a "mass" delegation to the County Convention while the other election districts were limited to 20 people. The Examiner editor adds a note saying the paper opposed the idea and did not think it fair.
