Passes for the Hospital

Summary

Notice: Dr. R. F. Weir, in charge of the General Hospital in Frederick, declares that all those wishing to obtain a pass to the hospital must subscribe to the Oath of Allegiance first. Passes obtained before Sept. 1, 1863 must be renewed in person at the office of the surgeon before Sept. 10th.
