Hospital Report

Summary

Official report of the soldiers in the U.S.A. General Hospital in Frederick County for the week ending October 11th. The total was 1,017. 40 were returned to duty, 3 were discharged from service, 125 were transferred to other hospitals and 19 died. The list includes both Union and Confederate soldiers.
