Hospital Report

Summary

Official report of the total number of soldiers in the U.S.A. General Hospital in Frederick City for the week ending July 26th. 918 men were in the hospital. 80 were returned to duty, 14 were discharged, 2 died, 1 was furloughed. The deaths were: Pvt. Geo. B. Crouch, Co. H, 75th Reg't. OH Volunteers and Cpl. James Logan, Co. K, 10th Reg't, Maine Volunteers. Both died of typhoid.
