Summary
Private John Fisk, a member of Capt. Yellott's Co. G, First Regiment Potomac Home Brigade, was run over by a train at Monocacy Junction while under the influence of alcohol. A surgeon at the U.S.A. General Hospital in Frederick performed an amputation and Fisk is expected to recover.
