Contraband Liquor
Summary
Capt. Faithful, military provost marshal, confiscated 22 bottles of whiskey on a car at the Frederick railroad station. They belonged to Mr. S. Manuels from Harper's Ferry who was trying to smuggle them into "Dixie." The whiskey will be turned over to the hospital.
