Arrests Last Week

Summary

The following arrests were reported by the Provost Marshal's office: Daniel Picket, Levi Warfield and Joseph Green of Carroll Co. for minor offenses. They were sent to Gen. Wool. Joseph Brady was arrested for assault on a soldier and discharged. William White and Henry Young were arrested on charges of being disloyal, but they were discharged after proof of loyalty and taking the Oath of Allegiance

ARRESTS LAST WEEK – Provost Marshal Faithful, the Military Provost at this post, made the following arrests during the past week: Daniel Pickett, Lo__ Warfield, Joseph Green, citizens of Carroll County, for minor offences, sent to Gen Wool; Jos. Brady, assault on a soldier, discharged; Wm. White and Henry Young, on charges of disloyalty, but having given proof of being loyal, they were discharged on taking the Oath of Allegiance.
