The Wrong Man
Summary
The Examiner corrects an earlier story which reported the arrest of Ulysses Hobbs and a "Mr. Early" at Monocacy Junction for displaying a "Secesh" flag. Capt. Yellott wrote to Joseph I. Early of Baltimore saying that the newspaper had done him an injustice by publishing misinformation. The name of the other person from Baltimore who was arrested has not been discovered.
