Hospital Report

Summary

Official report of the soldiers in the U.S.A. General Hospital in Frederick County. At the beginning of the week of June 21, there were 322 men in the hospital and 12 were admitted during the week. Some were discharged, some returned to duty and a few deserted. There were no deaths.
