The Ladies Fair Association
Summary
The Ladies of Hagerstown invite participation in their fair for the benefit of the Sanitary and Christian Commissions. All associations in various parts of Washington Co. are encouraged to make their donations to the State Fair in the name of Washington Co. rather than in the names of individual districts. The ladies meet each Wednesday.
