Summary
List of the nominees for various offices chosen at the Union County Convention. The paper declares that all the nominees are "unqualifiedly loyal to the Federal Government" although it admits "our preferences were not in all respects gratified." The ticket should receive the hearty support of Union voters. The nominees are for the positions of surveyor, sheriff, House of Delegates, Clerk of the Circuit Court, prosecuting attorney, etc.
