A Dangerous Practice
Summary
The paper urges parents of Hagerstown youngsters to stop their children from playing war games - throwing stones and firing pistols. The children have learned the ways of war and play at it at their own peril and that of others. They even have devised "ambulances" to take away the "wounded." Recently, a boy was shot in one of these games and narrowly escaped death.
