Summary
John J. Thomas, Esq., a former inmate of Richmond's Libby Prison, visited the office of the Herald of Freedom and Torch Light and gave a history of his suffering and privations. The paper says he looks very well. Elsewhere in the paper is a card of thanks he has written to the people of Washington County for their deep interest in his release.
