Summary
Notice: Notice posted by three individuals who have obtained letters testamentary from the Orphans' Court of Frederick Co. on the personal estate of General James Cooper. The individuals are: Jane Mary Cooper of Frederick City, Andrew G. Miller of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Daniel M. Smyser of Borough of Norristown, Pennsylvania, Executors. Debtors to Gen'l Cooper are asked to pay their debts and those owed payment by his estate should submit notice by November 21, 1863.
