Summary
Report of the number of sick and wounded soldiers at the U.S.A. General Hospital (the Barracks) in Frederick for the week ending April 24, 1863, with the names of dead. The beginning number from the previous week's report was 467. There were no new patients. Seven patients were discharged, 100 patients were transferred and two patients died. They were: P. K. Williams, Co. E, 2nd GA; and M. Sullivan, Co. K, 6th LA.
