Damages Awarded

Summary

The Lutheran congregation in Middletown was awarded $2,395 compensation for damages sustained while its church was used as a hospital during the past fall and winter. It is supposed that the congregation will put the money toward repairs but that the amount will barely return the church to its original condition. [From The Valley Register]
