PROPOSALS WANTED. – Capt. Charles B. Penrose, Com. Of Subsistence, will receive Proposals at his office in this town until Saturday next, the 15th inst., for furnishing at the various Camps and Hospitals fresh Beef in such quantities as may be required. He also invites proposals for furnishing flour. See advertisements in another column.
