Summary
Several Frederick Co. men captured during Stuart's raid and held in Libby Prison, Richmond, have been released: Geo. W. Myers, John H. Cutshall, Joseph Ebert, Daniel and Albert Ledgewood, and Hopkins (Montgomery Co.).. Capt. A. Schley of Liberty still in prison.
