The Bradford Guards

Summary

Account of the reception for the Bradford Guards, Capt. Edward M. Mobley, in Frederick by Capt. McKechney's Co. and their mustering in at Baltimore as Co. A, 7th Regt., under Capt. Edward Webster, Lt. Wm. Colklesser, Lt. A.J. Wise and George C. Updegraff, Orderly Sgt.. After review by Col. Schley, a committee from Hagerstown gave the men the $100 bounty from Washington County, which many of them arranged to send home to their families
