Summary
The funeral of Roger B. Taney, late chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, occurred in Frederick last Saturday. He was buried in the St. John’s Roman Catholic Church cemetery. Among the pallbearers were U.S. Marshall Lamon of the District of Columbia, and Mr. Tyler of Frederick.
