District Meeting

Summary

The Frederick County Union Central Committee has called for a meeting of the Union voters from the Middletown District on Sept. 17 (1864) to select delegates to a County Convention to be held in Frederick on Oct. 1, which, in turn, will elect county delegates to the State Convention that will nominate candidates for state offices.
