Summary
George M. Potts, Charles W. Ross and William Ross, arrested upon charge of treason and giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States, were sent to Ft. McHenry, but later released. They were suspected of sending clothes and medical supplies to the Rebels, but claimed they were for Rebel prisoners at Ft. Delaware.
