Recruiting has been very animated. Capt. McKechney's company is filled, M. Rouzer has recruited 68 from Mechanicstown. Lieutenants. Goldsborough and Winchester, Messrs. Bennett and Dixon are active in Frederick, Lt. Bregonier in Middletown.
