Paper reports that military spirit is "rife" in the land. Enumerates military units from some areas: e.g. "Liberty Riflemen" from Liberty (Libertytown) under Capt. A. A. Sappington, M.D. and "Union Cavalry Troop" from Unionville under Capt. M. C. McKinstry. Other officers in each military unit also listed.
